Born in Cyprus to Greek-Cypriot parents, I spent a good part of my life in Athens, Greece, which I can easily call my favorite place on Earth. But in 2012, the Greek economic crisis led me back to Cyprus. It's there that I crafted my career as an Engineering leader and kicked off my coaching journey. Fast forward to 2021, and I found myself in Berlin, Germany, embarking on a brand-new, exciting chapter in both my life and career. I'm thrilled to be here and can't wait to help you on your journey too!

I began my career as a software engineer 13 years ago. By my 3rd year, I was promoted to technical leader and began my leadership journey. By 2015 I was leading the Department of Engineering and a team of >25 engineers and managers for Dot.Cy, a Gold Microsoft Partner in Greece, Cyprus and Dubai. I joined Microsoft in 2019 in a more business and strategic role and led a v-team for growing the Business Application revenue in our subsidiary. In 2021, I returned to the engineering management world as an Engineering manager.

In my life, I draw strength from the connections with others, revel in the harmonies of music, and shed tears of inspiration in the transformative power of theatre. I am lucky to enjoy a festive life, full of concerts, cultural events and a lot of travelling. I'm married to an incredible, compassionate, and talented musician who makes all of this magic happen!

As an engineering leader, I follow a leadership approach that combines transformational and servant leadership models. I aim to inspire and motivate my team while fostering trust and collaboration across the organization. I prioritize serving the needs of others, creating an inclusive and supportive work environment, and investing in individual team members' growth for collective success.

I'm deeply passionate about creating and leading high-performance teams, empowering my coachees to realize their dreams. My leadership philosophy centers on prioritizing people, fostering inclusive environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging and respect. I believe in recognizing the individual strengths and uniqueness of each team member, guiding them to uncover their potential, and assisting them in achieving their professional aspirations.

With a track record of more than 30 successful coachees and mentees the last 2 years, I'm focusin gon supporting DEI communities and mostly women in executive roles as they shatter the glass ceiling and reach new heights in their careers. Together, we're turning aspirations into achievements.
